Smash HIIT will transport you back to a time of boy-bands, dance classics & bouncy hip-hop. HIIT stands for 'High Intensity Interval Training' which involves active periods of exercise and active periods of rest. We will smash out a 30 minute HIIT class, raising heart rates & working up a sweat to an array of the finest in pumpin tunes. The final 15 minutes will be a deep & invigorating stretch while those muscles are still warm, focusing mostly on the legs & hips. This instalment sees Starlight, S-Express & MARRS. YES!
