Smash HIIT will transport you back to a time of boy-bands, dance classics & bouncy hip-hop. This is a Quickie version of our classic Smash HIIT class. We will smash out a 25 minute HIIT section, raising heart rates & working up a sweat to an array of the finest in 90s tunes. The final 5 minutes will be a deep & invigorating stretch while those muscles are still warm, focusing mostly on the legs & hips.

Details: High impact / shoes required / not suitable for pre natal or post natal
