This fun and accessible Vinyasa yoga class, will include a mixture of movements to build strength, flexibility and balance. We will flow between the poses and link everything with our breath. All you need is a mat, towel and your water, leave your shoes and your problems at the door!
With 'Running Up That Hill' blowing up because of it's feature in the Stranger Things series, we thought why not do an all Kate Bush class. Enjoy!
