So just when we thought we couldn’t get any more throwback, we went and surprised ourselves yet again. Introducing RetroStep. This is a Step Aerobics class done to the best in 80s belters. Step Aerobics is a form of cardio aerobics done with a platform or ‘step’. It was huuuuge in the 80s and that’s why we have brought it upon ourselves to bring it right back. Expect to work up a proper 80s sweat in this cardio extravaganza. You don’t have to have a step to take part, you can still follow along and do all the moves on the floor. Don’t forget your leg-warmers for this one! Jane Fonda eat ya heart out!
