Ever secretly dreamed of being a cheerleader? Is Bring it On one of your favourite movies? Well dream no longer as we bring to you, Cheer Camp! Train like a cheerleader in this intense cardio class. This class is non-stop and incorporates various styles of cardio, think cheer drills, HIIT & dance cardio for 30 minutes. The final 15 minutes is a focused stretch, concentrating mostly on the legs as they will have worked so hard! And all to a pumping throwback soundtrack of 90s dance & pop. Don’t forget your pom poms!
